Mopping Systems

There are different types of floor mops, often varying from country to country. Northern and Central European countries prefer a flat mop. These mops are very effective in picking up dirt and dust on wooden and stone floors. They consist of a flat plate with a removable cloth that is reusable and can be washed. Southern European countries, in turn, prefer the "Spanish mop”. This is a round head fitted with strips in microfibre or cotton.
